I.C.Y.L.I.A

International Cooperative Youth-Led Intergovernmental Association

"We, the youth of planet Earth, united not by borders but by purpose, declare our allegiance not to kings, countries, or corporations—but to the future. To justice. To life. In a world fractured by greed, torn by war, poisoned by power, we rise to forge a new order—not one of domination, but cooperation. We recognize that no nation thrives until every nation thrives, that peace is not a prize, but a practice, that our Earth is not property, but kin. We are not the leaders of tomorrow. We are the changemakers of today. And through this charter, we pledge to build a just, free, and flourishing planet—together. May the Earth Flourish. May Humanity Rise. May ICYLIA Stand."

-Treaty of Earth Prosperity, ICYLIA Charter

This is a sample of the introductory page of the charter

At the heart of my movement stands the ICYLIA Charter, a document which I worked on for months. Featuring 12 chapters, global milestones, a guardian protocol, and the Treaty of Earth Prosperity above, the document serves as an outline for the framework that sustainable, just global governance could abide by. Rather than immediate reform, the charter serves to unite and to connect likeminded individuals over a shared purpose- to pursue progress for our generations and those to follow.

ICYLIA does not wish to undermine the sovereignty or domestic laws of nations, but to bring our countries together to work with each other rather than against, to ensure human rights are upheld, the climate is protected and everyone has the opportunity to succeed. ICYLIA does not seek to implement regime change, economic upheaval or immediate societal reform but rather gradual change towards income redistribution, dealing with national debt, cultural preservation, amongst many other policies. I believe that through fairer justice systems, accountability, healthcare and education, every nation has the chance to prosper.

Here is a brief outline of the charter; however, I would highly recommend taking some time to go through the Charter to truly see what ICYLIA stands for and how we wish to achieve our goals. The full charter is available to read and download below. I hope it makes you think.
